At Nocturnal Graveyard, every product is handmade with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines.

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our candles, wax melts, soaps, décor, and apparel:

    •    All sales are considered final.

    •    We do not accept returns for:

    •    Personal scent preferences

    •    Minor handmade variations in color, design, or finish

    •    Aesthetic expectations

    •    Failure to review product descriptions or safety information

Handmade items may naturally vary slightly from listing photos. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of artisan goods.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will absolutely work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify for assistance:

    •    You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

    •    Clear photos of:

    •    The damaged item

    •    The packaging

    •    The shipping label

must be provided

Once reviewed, we may offer:

    •    A replacement (if inventory allows)

    •    Store credit

    •    A partial refund (when appropriate)

Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

    •    Shipping delays caused by carriers

    •    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

    •    Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

    •    Orders returned due to unclaimed or refused delivery

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, Nocturnal Graveyard is not responsible for transit delays or delivery issues. However, we will assist in good faith when possible.

At Nocturnal Graveyard, every order is handled with care, honesty, and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always happy to work together to resolve any concerns.

By placing an order with Nocturnal Graveyard, customers agree to contact us directly before filing a chargeback, dispute, or payment claim through their bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.

To ensure accuracy and protect both the customer and Nocturnal Graveyard, all orders are documented. This includes:

    •    Order and payment confirmations

    •    Shipping and tracking documentation

    •    Photos of products before packaging

    •    Photos of completed packages before shipment

    •    Carrier drop-off or acceptance confirmation

This documentation may be provided to financial institutions if a payment dispute occurs.
