At Nocturnal Graveyard, every order is carefully handmade, packed with intention, and shipped with attention to detail. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

🕯️ Processing Times

All products are handmade in small batches.

    •    Standard processing time is [3–5, sometimes 7 business days] unless otherwise stated.

    •    During high-volume seasons (especially Halloween), processing times may be extended.

    •    Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

To help protect temperature-sensitive items, we make every effort to ship orders at the beginning of the week whenever possible so packages do not sit in USPS facilities over the weekend.

Customers may select expedited shipping at checkout when available. Please note that expedited shipping speeds up transit time but does not eliminate potential carrier delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Shipping Carrier

At this time, Nocturnal Graveyard ships exclusively through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once your package has been accepted and scanned by USPS:

    •    Delivery timelines are controlled by USPS.

    •    We are not responsible for postal delays, weather disruptions, or service interruptions.

    •    Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS.

 

🔥 Warm Weather Shipping (Coconut Soy Candles, Wax Melts & Soap)

We sell coconut soy candles and wax melts, which are made from natural wax blends. These products — as well as handmade soaps — can soften, sweat, or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

During warmer months, Nocturnal Graveyard takes additional precautions by packaging temperature-sensitive items with appropriate protective materials to help reduce the risk of heat damage. However, due to factors outside of our control (including carrier handling, transit times, and extreme weather conditions), we cannot guarantee that melting or cosmetic changes will not occur.

By purchasing temperature-sensitive items, customers acknowledge:

    •    Heat exposure during shipping is a natural risk.

    •    We make every reasonable effort to protect and expedite shipments.

    •    Early-week shipping is prioritized when possible to prevent packages from sitting in USPS facilities over weekends.

    •    Packages should be retrieved promptly after delivery to minimize heat exposure.

Warm-weather transit is accepted at the customer’s discretion.

🎃 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Nocturnal Graveyard is not responsible for:

    •    Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS but reported missing

    •    Shipping delays caused by USPS

    •    Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

    •    Packages returned due to unclaimed or undeliverable addresses

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

    •    Please check with neighbors or your local post office.

    •    File a claim directly with USPS if necessary.

We will assist in good faith when possible, but carrier outcomes are outside of our control.

🧡 Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

    •    We are not responsible for lost packages.

    •    Additional shipping fees will apply to reship returned items.

For transparency and protection, all orders are documented, including:

    •    Order confirmation

    •    USPS shipping label and tracking

    •    Photographs of packaged items

    •    USPS acceptance confirmation

This documentation may be submitted to financial institutions in the event of a payment dispute.
